Only demand drafts drawn from any bank In India with a branch in New Delhi are accepted. They should be made payable to the Embassy of the Philippines. Do not submit folded demand drafts.

Cash payments are not accepted.

An official receipt will be given to the visa applicant for all fees paid. All transactions are done at the counter of the Consular Building within specified hours. The Philippine Embassy, New Delhi will not be liable for transactions by the applicants with any unauthorized person.
