E-Visa. The e-Visa is available for visitors traveling to the Philippines for short-term tourism or leisure; business; medical treatment; or participation in MICE (meetings, conferences, trainings or events, including athletic).

Apply for your Philippine e-Visa portal at the https://evisa.gov.ph/.

The application portal is accessible 24/7. However, processing time is 7-12 working days.

As per current regulations, Indian and foreign nationals residing outside India may only apply for visas in person at the nearest Philippine Embassy or Consular mission.

Sticker-type Visas. Parallel to the e-Visa, the Embassy and its Consulates General (Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai) accommodate walk-in applications for sticker-type Visas for all categories.

Visa application hours for walk-in applicants are 1:00 to 4:00 pm (Mondays to Fridays, except Embassy Holidays).

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. Processing times are based on working days, taking into account the published calendar of holidays of the Embassy and its Consulates General.

2. For purposes of visa application evaluation, flight itineraries and provisional hotel reservations are sufficient. Do not purchase tickets or pay for hotel bookings until the visa is actually granted and issued. The Embassy shall not be liable for costs accrued by applicants for prematurely paid air tickets or hotel bookings.

3. Fees are non-refundable. The Embassy shall not be liable for any erroneous deposit or payment to its official account. Fees paid for applications that are rejected are not refunded as service (i.e., evaluation and processing) has been rendered.

4. A visa is a privilege, not an entitlement. Applicants are to comport themselves properly in dealing and transacting with the Embassy relative to the application.
