SUBJECT: Consular Outreach in Kerala and Mumbai, India

The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in New Delhi informs our Filipino community in India that a consular outreach in Kerala will be held on 14 October 2022 from 1 pm to 5 pm and in Mumbai on 16 October 2022 from 9 am to 5 pm. Filipinos in these areas who need to renew their passports are encouraged to avail of this service. The outreach will be held in the following address:

Passport renewal fee is 4,740 rupees via demand draft payable to Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines.

Applicants are advised to apply online at www.passport.gov.ph 

Other reminders:

To avoid overcrowding, please follow the time slot selected, maintain social distancing and wear face mask at all times.

All applicants are advised to provide postage stamps enough to cover the mailing of one passport weighing 100 grams from New Delhi to their place of residence.

There will be a courtesy lane for senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWD) and pregnant women.
