The Embassy of the Philippines in New Delhi conducted a consular outreach in Mumbai on 5 October 2019. The outreach was held inside the Philippine Consulate General in India’s financial capital.

A total of 31 passport applicants and seven (7) applications for civil registry were received by the consular team led by Consul General Arvin de Leon. Vice Consul Charles Ching, Finance Officer Tom Valerio and staff members of the Philippine Consulate General also assisted the Filipino community members who came not only from Mumbai but also from nearby Indian states.

The Philippine Honorary Consul in Mumbai, Mr. R. Swaminathan, was also present during the outreach which is the 4th and last to be conducted by New Delhi PE for 2019.
