01 March 2019 – Ambassador Lalit Mansingh and Ambassador Anup Kumal Mudgal of the Kalinga International Foundation (KIF) called on the Ambassador on 01 March 2019 to discuss their visit to the Philippines and other Southeast Asian countries mid March 2019.

Kalinga Foundation is an independent, non-partisan think tank that seeks to analyze and propose solutions to pressing issues relating to international and national security, international trade, India’s foreign policy and regional cooperation.

In their visit to the Philippines, they intend to meet with government/business leaders, think tanks and other organizations.
