25 January 2019 – The Philippines participated in the two months international training on Women and Enterprise Development and Trainers’ Training on Entrepreneurship and Promotion of Income Generation Activities organized by the National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, from 03 December 2018 to 23 January 2019.

The Philippines was represented by Ms. Beth Aimee Diaz-Tubog of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) – Region 7 and Ms. Maria Odette Abitan of the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) – Region CAR.

The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India conducts long term international training programs for both government and non-government sectors who are engaged in different aspects of promotion of entrepreneurship and development of small businesses among different section of the society.
