13 April 2018- The ASEAN New Delhi Committee (ANDC) comprising Heads of ASEAN Missions hosted a dinner in honor of Mr. Vinay Kumar, Joint Secretary South, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), who will be assuming the position of India’s Ambassador to Kabul in mid April.

The informal dinner on 11 April 2018 at Taj Mansingh was arranged by the Ambassador of Vietnam as the current chair of ANDC.
