16 March 2018 – The ASEAN Heads of Mission together with other Ambassadors, senior leaders and officials of government and other delegates attended The Purbasa: East Meets East conference hosted by the Kalinga International Foundation on 16-18 March 2018 at Bhubaneshwar, Odisha.

Philippine Ambassador Ma. Teresita C. Daza spoke on the perspective of ASEAN and Philippines on women in the afternoon session on Connecting Women, Youth and Civil Society on 18 March 2018.
