President Rodrigo Roa Duterte was keynote speaker at the Philippines-India Business Roundtable Meeting organized by the Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) held at The Oberoi Hotel, New Delhi on 26 January 2018.

In his speech, President Duterte assured the Philippine government’s commitment to ensure the safety of entrepreneurs, encouraged Indian businessmen not to give in to corruption, and guaranteed that possible investors will have a hassle-free time in business permits applications.

The business roundtable meeting was attended Indian businessmen, ministers, Philippine Embassy officers and staff, and members of the Philippine delegation.
