Department of Foreign Affairs Undersecretary for Policy and SOM Leader Enrique A. Manalo represented the Philippines in the inauguration of the Bharat-ASEAN Maitri Park located at Tughlaq Crescent, in the heart of Lutyens' Delhi on 24 January 2018.

The launch of the Bharat-ASEAN Maitri Park was led by Indian Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj and attended by all ten (10) ASEAN Member States.
