Three young Filipino entrepreneurs represented the Philippines in the ASEAN-India Hackathon and Start-up Festival organized by organized by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs and Indian Chamber of Commerce held in New Delhi on 20 January 2018.

The valedictory session included addresses by  Indian Ministry of External Affairs Secretary (East) Preeti Sharan and Union Minister of State for Information and Technology Mr. K J Alphons, and Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Director General Dr. Rajeev Singh.

Philippine representative Goldy C. Yancha, Associate Director of Business Development and Partnerships presented a comprehensive summation of the learnings and insights of the ASEAN-India Hackathon and Start-up Festival.

The event was a great opportunity for ASEAN and India to enhance their digital connectivity ties and became a platform for startups, new business and the youth to network and connect.
