A 16 member delegation from different agencies in the Philippines visited New Delhi from 14-21 January 2018 to study the national identification system of India.

The delegation comprised representatives from DOF, NEDA, DICT, GSIS, DBM, BSP, NPC, PSA and the Office of Congressman Cua. Undersecretaries Karl Kendrick T. Chua (DOF), Rosemarie G. Edillon (NEDA) and Denis F. Villorente (DICT) led the delegation.
