29 September 2017 – The DiplomacyIndia hosted a Painting Exhibition, featuring the works of Smt. Rashmi Agarwal at the All India Fine Arts and Crafts Society, New Delhi. The exhibition was inaugurated by Dr. Mahesh Sharma, Minister of State for Culture and Environment, Forest & Climate Change. The event was attended by ambassadors, dignitaries and artists.
