21 September 2017- MSME Development Adviser of the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship (PCE), Ms. Merly M. Cruz, called on Deputy Chief of Mission Arvin de Leon on 20 September 2017. Ms. Cruz, a former DTI Undersecretary, participated as one of the speakers in the 14th Global MSME Business Summit 2017 held in New Delhi, India on 19-20 September 2017. The said Summit, with the theme “Promoting Global Co-operation and Competitiveness through MSME Partnerships,” was organized by the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), in collaboration with India’s Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and the Ministry of External Affairs.
