14 July 2017- Ambassador Ma. Teresita Daza together with Deputy Chief of Mission Arvin de Leon and Attaché Meri Jayne Cinco met with officials of the Medical Council of India (MCI) on 13 July 2017 to discuss the accreditation procedure of the Council as well as various issues relating to the acceptance of Indian medical students in Philippine Universities. The Medical Council of India was established in 1934 with the main function of establishing uniform standards of higher qualifications in medicine and recognition of medical qualifications in India and abroad.
