27 May 2017- The Philippine Embassy in New Delhi conducted a mobile consular outreach in Goa, India on 27 May 2017.

The outreach was facilitated by Consular Assistants Mr. Michael B. Balbin, Ms. Marichu O. Mabao and Finance Officer Mr. Lyrie F. Fulgencio. They conducted ePassport application processing, voter registration and registration of Filipino Nationals and entertained queries from the Filipino Community on consular matters.
