12 March 2017- The Ambassador together with Philippine Honorary Consul Swaminathan met with  Indian businessmen and potential investors during her visit to Pune on 11-12 March 2017. The Indian businessmen inquired on developments and opportunities in the Philippines and expressed interest to invest in the areas of renewable energy, low cost-housing, pharmaceutical, education, technology, among others.
