28 February 2017 - The 3rd Philippines-India Joint Consular Consultations Meeting (JCCM) was held in New Delhi on 28 February 2017 with the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)-Office of Consular Affairs’ Assistant Secretary Frank M. Cimafranca heading the Philippine delegation. Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) Joint Secretary for Passport Seva Project (PSP) and Chief Passport Officer (CPO) Arun K. Chatterjee, meanwhile, headed the Indian delegation.
The meeting discussed visa policies, Assistance-to-Nationals (ATN) issues, and other consular concerns.
Assistant Secretary Cimafranca was joined by Ambassador Ma. Teresita C. Daza, Asia and Pacific Affairs (ASPAC) Assistant Secretary Millicent Cruz-Paredes, Consul General Arvin R. De Leon and other DFA officials.
