26 February 2017-The Philippine Embassy in New Delhi participated in the 28th Delhi Commonwealth Women’s Association (DCWA) Annual International Bazaar on 26 February 2017 at Ashoka Hotel, New Delhi.
The Philippine booth promoted Philippine tourism through its tropical island themed decorations featuring prestine white sand beaches from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao and Philippine crafts , as well as the sale of native products, mostly from Bicol and dried mangoes and snacks from Cebu. The Philippine booth drew crowds and eager buyers of Philippine products.
The successful Embassy participation was made possible with the invaluable support of international lifestyle designer Mr. Percy J. Aranador and his team as well as Filipinas married to Indian nationals from the KAPIHAN association.
