17 December 2016. The Consular Outreach of the Embassy of the Philippines in New Delhi, for ePassport applications in Nepal was facilitated by Finance Officer Mr. Lyrie F. Fulgencio, Consular Assistant Mr. Julito C. Babatla and Embassy locally hired Mr. Frankey Kishore on 17 December 2016 in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Mr. Fulgencio and Mr. Babatla also conducted voter registration and entertained queries from the Filipino Community on consular matters/concerns. The Filipino community in Kathmandu, Nepal appreciated the efforts of the Embassy in delivering services at their doorsteps.

There are (142) Filipino nationals in Nepal, as registered in Philippine Honorary Consulate Kathmandu and reported to the Philippine Embassy, New Delhi.
