29 July 2016, New Delhi – Honorary Consul General Ashwin Muthiah of Chennai and spouse called on Ambassador Ma. Teresita C. Daza on 29 July 2016.  The occasion coincided with the oath taking of the newest member of the PHCG Chennai, Honorary Vice Consul E.N. Rangaswami.  Also in attendance was Honorary Consul B. Narendran and officials from the Embassy.
