New Delhi, 26 October 2015 – Ambassador Ma. Teresita C. Daza led a delegation to Mumbai comprising of consular, economic and trade officials from the Philippine Embassy in New Delhi, the Ambassador’s first visit to the City since her presentation of credentials as Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to the Republic of India.

The Ambassador’s visit included meetings with Honorary Consul-General Rajashree Birla, the Filipino Community and executives of the Aditya Birla Group of Companies. The Ambassador also conducted inspection and consultations with officers of the Philippine Honorary Consul General, ocular inspection of the Philippine Honorary Consulate, Transworld Education Academy and Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital.

The Consular representatives from the Embassy also provided mobile e-passport services to the Filipino Community.
