Applicants submitting in Person: The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Philippines New Delhi accepts visa applications and requests for other consular services at 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM Monday to Fridays, except during Philippine/Indian holidays and other special days when the consular section would have to be closed.

Travel Agencies: Travel agents may only submit from 9:00 to 10:30 in the morning.
