Effective 13 September 2024:

 A. All applicants for Temporary Visitor Visas (9a visa) at the Philippine Embassy in New Delhi will be required to apply for electronic visas (e-VISA). Specifically, this policy will apply to applicants for the following Temporary Visitor Visa subtypes:

9(a-1)

BUSINESS

9(a-2)

TOURISM OR LEISURE

9(a-3)

MEDICAL TREATMENT

9(a-4)

PRIVATE YACHTSMEN / SAILORS

9(a-5)

FILM MAKING

9(a-6)

JOURNALISTS / CREW

9(a-7)

ATHLETIC AND PERFORMING ARTS / CREW

                   

*NOTE: The e-Visa is NON-EXTENDIBLE and NON-CONVERTIBLE.

**NOTE: The e-VISA is currently only available at the Embassy in New Delhi and for applicants from the following jurisdictions: DELHI, CHANDIGARH, HARYANA, JAMMU AND KASHMIR, LADAKH, PUNJAB, RAJASTHAN, UTTAR PRADESH AND UTTARAKHAND. For applicants outside these jurisdictions, please apply at the Philippine Honorary Consulates General in Kolkata, Chennai or Mumbai.

B. Applicants for the following visa categories will continue to be eligible for regular (sticker) visas.

The Embassy will accept walk-in applicants for these visa categories Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-4:00 PM, excluding declared holidays
