New Delhi, 12 November 2015 – The Philippine Embassy in New Delhi received the delegation to the Career Executive Service Board (CESB) officials who were on Study Tour in India. The delegation washeaded by Atty. Maria Anthonette Velasco-Allones, Executive Director.

Ambassador Ma. Teresita C. Daza met the CESB officials at the Chancery and accompanied them to the Department of Personnel and Training (DPT), Government of India, for the meeting with Hon. Shri Sanjay Kothari, the Department’s Secretary.

The exposure and study visit in India is part of CESB’s program for learning best practices and benchmarking in executive search and talent management and capacity building.

Established in 1973, the Philippine Career Executive Service was envisioned to constitute the corps of competent career senior government executives who are expected to provide leadership continuity and stability in governance, especially in times of political transitions and administrative reforms in the Philippine bureaucracy.
